Positive: Good location, spacious and comfortable room. Negative: The walls are really thin. Slept well but could hear my neighbours conversations, singing in the shower etc in the morning.

Ok accommodation but parking is difficult. Positive: Good size bed in a good size room Negative: The fridge was dirty. It looked as if there were people living there semi permanently and that also meant that parking wasn’t easy (no space). The room also got very hot and that was end of September, so can’t imagine how hot it’d be in July.

Bright modern bolt hole in st ives Positive: Nice bright modern room Shared kitchen was very well equipped with all you need to cook meals Negative: Soundproofing poor, noisy neighbours and then guest came back at 2 am making a lot of noise friday night

Peaceful, easy and fun Positive: I like how central it is to the town of st Ives, it’s off the main road so no loud noises surrounding the building, Negative: Not much parking and the communal kitchen

Comfy bed, rubbish parking. Positive: Rooms were clean and had a comfy bed. Ideal location to walk into town. Negative: The property is advertised as having parking. However, there is less spaces than there are rooms, so its just luck whether you get a space or have to pay to park elsewhere. They say there is free on street parking but its all yellow lines around there.
