Peaceful, easy and fun Positive: I like how central it is to the town of st Ives, it’s off the main road so no loud noises surrounding the building, Negative: Not much parking and the communal kitchen

Comfy bed, rubbish parking. Positive: Rooms were clean and had a comfy bed. Ideal location to walk into town. Negative: The property is advertised as having parking. However, there is less spaces than there are rooms, so its just luck whether you get a space or have to pay to park elsewhere. They say there is free on street parking but its all yellow lines around there.

St Ives was as picturesque as I remember. We enjoyed the time spent there but should have booked something closer to the Positive: Nice room, great communal facilities with washing machine/dryer, full kitchen and accessibility to all cooking utilities etc. Negative: Great to have a washing machine but useless if there's nothing to hang it on. One clothes airer is simply not enough for 7+ double rooms. There should be one in each room. Batroom has no shelves at all so everything must be put on the floor - not easy when you're an older traveller. Fair walk to the town centre and very steep.

Amazing quiet place close to the Beach ! Positive: Cleanliness of the place. It was beautiful modern and lovely place with all facilities u need. Negative: Everything was perfect

Positive: The facilities in the kitchen were good. Negative: It was incredibly noisy - the doors to the apartments were heavy and so they banged constantly, I also got woken up multiple times by toilets flushing from other apartments. There was a cockroach in the entrance porch!!
