Very comfortable stay. The fridge was not operating well but we didn’t actually use it Positive: Clean and as described in the ad Negative: Fridge/freezer badly maintained

Friendly staff and helpful staff. Clean accom, as expected. Positive: The staff were friendly, responsive and so helpful. They let me keep my bags on site after check out so I could explore St Ives before returning to London. I am so grateful and look forward to returning. The décor was beautiful. The kitchen was lovely and clean. I spent hours sat in the lounge, enjoying the sun and all the light in the room. I appreciated having a full length mirror in the bedroom, hangers and coat hooks too. I appreciated having a kettle too - some decaf options would not go amiss, although it was great to have tea and coffee on arrival. Negative: It might be because of the area we were in but the smart TV was acting up. The apps kept crashing I couldn't watching BBC iPlayer of 4oD in peace. It's a first for me - having to sit in silence when I have a smart TV. It wasn't the end of the world but it would be helpful for staff to check this out. The walls are thin. I could hear the couple talking next door, a man coughing. I was scared of making any noise myself. My neighbours were quite lively after 10pm, but the noise died down. I didn't have to knock or make a complaint - which is just as well because there are no staff on site to mediate.

Ok, wouldn’t stay again Positive: Not a lot Negative: Very noisy, people were having a party till late one night and you can hear everything. The room was very very hot and I asked for a fan but got no response, parking is abit of a nightmare and late check in was not suitable

Would not gchack to st Ives , full of day trippers, way too crowded found much nicer places tocidit in Cornwall Positive: Very clean? Good Kitchen, room was small but had everything we needed. Negative: Location, not walkable from town unless you were in training for the previous 6 months!
